We assure your refund of payment after validating/reviewing all the details of complaints. The amount you pay for a particular product remains to our end which we pay to seller only after 7 days of delivery of product to ensure the satisfaction of buyer. Delivery charges will be extra to cost of product and has to paid by buyer at the time of delivery. If buyer returns that product because of non matching of specification/features/physical damage, the same has to bear by seller.
